中美汇率逐步攀升，突破7.0大关；美国大幅度上调关税，导致物价日益上涨；这一切的一切都已经影响到了两地消费者和在美留学的我们......
我们GCC致力于提供学生一个独特且专业的视角。本次活动将围绕四大问题展开：(1)中美贸易战到底对从宏观经济到个体有哪些影响？(2)中美贸易战是必然还是偶然？(3)在中美贸易战到底发生了什么？(4)在这前面等着中美贸易战的是什么样的未来？活动将由三大部分组成：介绍说明、讨论会、以及问答环节。同时我们也邀请到了专业领域的嘉宾来分析以及分享他们的观点与想法。

嘉宾简介

Dylan Gerstel
Dylan Gerstel is a research assistant with the Simon Chair in Political Economy at the Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS), where he focuses on U.S. global economic leadership. Prior to joining CSIS, he worked as an associate at Hamilton Place Strategies and as an economic policy intern for Vice President Joe Biden. He graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Swarthmore College with a B.A. in political science and statistics.

Steven M. Suranovic
Steven Suranovic is a professor of economics and international affairs at the George Washington University. He has served several terms as the current Director of the International Trade and Investment Policy M.A. program at the Elliott School of International Affairs. In Fall 2002, he taught at Sichuan University in Chengdu, China, as a visiting Fulbright lecturer. He has also spoken to business, government and academic audiences in Japan, Malaysia, the Philippines, China, and Mongolia as part of the U.S. State Department's speaker's programs. Professor Suranovic has published in a variety of academic journals, including the Journal of International Economics, and the World Economy.
