由开罗中国文化中心、上海社会科学院文学研究所合作举办的中国文化之旅系列讲座及交流活动第三讲“中国经济发展70年：历程、成就与展望”将于2019年10月30日18：00在开罗中国文化中心举行。
本次讲座邀请了上海市社会科学界联合会专职副主席、上海社科院经济学教授权衡主讲，讲座将阐述新中国经济发展70年来发展的简要历程、重要成就与发展经验；介绍中国经济发展70年来在工业化发展、城市化发展、市场化改革与对外开放等方面取得的重要成就；以及中国人民在物质生活水平、文化事业发展等方面取得的巨大进步。同时也将从理论上阐述中国经济70年发展的经验与理论含义，特别是对中国特色社会主义政治经济学的理论贡献，深入理解新时代中国经济迈向高质量发展的国内外环境变化、社会主要矛盾转化、新时代我国经济发展的新挑战、新机遇与新的战略抉择和未来政策方向。

The title of this lecture is: 70 years of China s economic development: History, Achievements and Prospects. It will mainly describe the brief history, important achievements and development experience of new China s economic development in the past 70 years. He will point out China s important achievements in industrialization, urbanization, Marketization reform and opening up over the past 70 years. And the great progress made by the Chinese people in the development of material living standards and cultural undertakings. At the same time, he will also theoretically expound the experience and theoretical meaning of China s 70 year economic development, especially the theoretical contribution to the socialist political economy with Chinese characteristics.
The speech will also describe the changes in the domestic and international environment in which China s economy is moving towards high-quality development in the new era, Transformation of major social contradictions, new challenges, new opportunities, new strategic choices and future policy directions of China s economic development in the new era.
Speaker Bio：Heng QUAN, Advisory Expert for Shanghai Municipal People s Government, Invited researcher of Minjin Central Committee, Distinguished senior researcher of China Economic Research Center of Fudan University, vice president of Shanghai Economic Society. as one of China s national leading talents in philosophy and Social Sciences, cultural experts and "four first batch" talents, "Shanghai Leading Talents", Shanghai "dawn scholars", etc. The main research fields are development economics, China s economic development and income distribution. He has been to Harvard University in USA, Nehru University in India, and Taiwan University as a visiting scholar.
